To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

昨晚到了葵芳吃晚飯,地點震陞雲南美食,地方小小,主攻大排檔食物,當晚見到兩三枱客在打邊爐, 大熱天氣下,我就受不了,於是點了小菜, 這兒有很多椒鹽菜式,椒鹽豆腐外層香脆, 內層豆腐很嫩滑, 紅椒和蒜蓉等料頭很香口惹味.還發現這兒有很多菜都是煲仔上的,通菜有蝦乾和蒜子一同炒, 用煲仔上.還有咕嚕雞球,豆醬炆雞,咸魚雞粒炒飯, 到上菜時才發覺竟然點了三款食物都是雞, 難道我熱到傻了？這兒的食物可算抵食夾大件, 每碟的份量與一般食店相比多1.5倍，令我們預算失準，真的吃不完，最後打包了兩盒回家。可能有人打邊爐關係, 冷氣明顯不夠涼, 我們一邊滴汗，一邊吃，只好匆匆吃完便要走。

這兒的食物可算抵食夾大件, 每碟的份量與一般食店相比多1.5倍，令我們預算失準，真的吃不完，最後打包了兩盒回家。

可能有人打邊爐關係, 冷氣明顯不夠涼, 我們一邊滴汗，一邊吃，只好匆匆吃完便要走。
