To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

度度都有譚仔，依加連屋企附近嘅新都城都有間，次次行過都大排長龍嘅，不過尋晚9點先去到，晚飯時份過左，終於少啲人，排咗五六張枱就等到，yeah!平時兩個人食，我最鍾意叫兩碗米線加個小食，今次食皮蛋！唔好以為真係間間一樣味，其實點standard都會因為廚師手勢而有所不同，依碟皮蛋賣相整齊，個辣醬特別濃，我將個醬伴麵食，好惹味！米線呢，我叫咗乍醬酸菜五小辣少米線。乍醬：暖暖地嘅？以前喺牛頭角食果間係凍食㗎喎！點食先正宗？有無人知酸菜：口感幾爽，甜甜酸酸，配個辣湯，好好味呀！朋友叫左冬菇雞肉清湯少米線。冬菇：有四粒冬菇，好似抵過叫雞肉雞肉：同平時一樣，碎碎的，如果大舊啲我會鍾意啲囉！
