To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

中學時期常去銅鑼灣、天后一帶，吃過不少間粉麵店，記得係銅鑼灣渣甸坊有間食牛腩既都唔錯，放學後食個牛腩河係指定動作，好可惜敵唔過貴租已經拉閘。近幾年都無遇過一間牛腩河係覺得要翻兜，直至果日食完華姐清湯腩。去花市擺檔前約左朋友係華姐門口等，雖然未到午飯時間，但已經有一條短既人龍，但好彩好快已經入得去。嗌左個清湯腩，好快已經到，首先試一下個湯底，好清甜，感覺唔似用味精煮出黎，起碼食完無口渴。跟住咬一口牛腩，夠入味又夠腍，面層痴住薄薄既牛膏，入口即溶，又唔會覺得油膩。而最重要係牛腩無痴牙。如果有箍牙既朋友一定好怕食牛腩，因為怕牛腩絲會痴牙，感覺周身唔聚財。極速食左碗牛腩，又係時候博殺啦。
