To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

銅鑼灣金百利真係幾多野食，因為唔同菜式既餐廳都有，今次去有平價之選稱號既築地日本料理，繁忙時段十分旺場，真係要預早一點去🙈－－－－－－1. 芝士玉子燒 $58玉子燒份量都幾多，新鮮整熱辣辣🤤中間夾雜濃濃芝士，醬汁調味幾好，不過就冇拉絲效果2. 海鮮野菜天婦羅 $68 黎到真係嚇親🤣天婦羅有四大件，入面有甘筍，洋蔥，番薯，蝦肉等等，食落香脆，口感豐富，不過炸漿有點多，令到味道比較淡3. 牛油果軟殼蟹卷 $48一客有四件，但飯稍微有點多，比較似大舊飯既感覺，不過軟殼蟹幾香脆😋放左一陣仲有脆既口感，味道不錯
