Restaurant: Choi Fook Royal Banquet (iSQUARE)

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 有親友將移民,諗住揾間食肆位於尖沙咀區,方便大家聚腳,結果訂了iSquare 26樓嘅彩福皇宴,諗住既可以食晚飯之餘,又可以觀賞夜景,一舉兩得!不知道是星期五晚關係,我們訂座7時半,酒樓已差不多滿座! 入到酒樓後,小妹覺得好噪,可能這裡樓底不算高,啲聲困住,所以顯得特别熱鬧! 我們一行4人,所以就散叫點了四個餸!*脆皮吊燒雞半隻: 皮脆肉嫩,而且又非常入味,好正! 但半隻雞的份量好少,比較細碟!* 虎皮椒腰果牛柳粒:牛仔粒好有牛味,又好鬆化,加埋大蒜、虎椒一切炒,非常惹味!* 柚子水蜜桃脆蝦球:蝦球好大粒,食得出個醬汁落了美極來煮,如果個醬汁能夠有多啲蜜桃味多啲甜酸味,相信會好味多一點!*金銀蛋上湯浸白菜仔:因為沒有莧菜,又只得生菜、白菜仔和菜心,最後我地選了吃白菜仔! 白菜仔浸住上湯好腍滑,但冇乜皮蛋粒,而咸蛋白絲就好多,鋪曬係菜面。食完正餐後,我們order了兩個甜品: 1) 黑芝麻卷;2)芒果布甸。黑芝麻卷不太甜,但芝麻卷皮不夠煙韌, 如果咬口可以煙韌點會更出色!芒果布甸甜度適中,有很多芒果肉,再加埋花奶,的確好滿足! 縱觀而言,這裡環境雖然可以眺望维港夜景,但真的比較嘈吵!

至於食物方面,味道是OK的
,但每碟份量比較偏細,所以性價比一般。
不過補充一句,在尖沙咀開食肆真是不容易,租貴地貴,這都屬正常! 加油!
