就在西營盤地鐵站A1出口附近,餐廳在2樓地方寬敞闊落,佈置充滿異國風情,七時到達已經差不多客滿,很熱鬧。煙燻三文魚配墨西哥酸忌廉及三文魚子的鮮味與酸忌廉的清新相得益彰,一小口多種滋味在口中。西班牙煙肉、芝士脆盒子鹹香的西班牙煙肉包著脆口的餅乾,中間是芝士醬,口感豐富。伊比利亞橡木果餵飼黑毛豬火腿配蕃茄包,味道鮮美,是一道經典的西班牙小吃。牛肉他他配脆多士,生牛肉粒夾着香味濃郁的醬汁,口感柔嫩,十分開胃。鮮嫩八爪魚配薯仔及煙熏紅椒粉橄欖油有種特別的風味,八爪魚彈牙惹味。西班牙風味烤三文治中間夾著拉絲芝士、鹹香的伊比利亞火腿及黑松露醬,口感絕佳。牛頰肉燉至軟嫩,搭配綿滑的薯蓉和長柄西蘭花,中和了牛肉的肥膩。西班牙海鮮飯是一道色香味俱全的海鮮飯,內含魷魚、蜆肉、青口和蝦,飯粒又沾滿醬汁,有咬口,最美味是微微焦香的飯焦。傳統西班牙炸脆條有點像沾滿砂糖的油炸鬼再配配巧克力醬及雲呢拿雪糕,多種滋味。
