Weekend同朋友約出嚟食,就揀咗呢間西班餐廳。佢星期六日先會有呢個 brunch set $458,套餐裏面已經set好咗啲前菜,淨係揀主菜(可選兩款口味)同埋甜品就可以。因為西班牙用餐鍾意一個family style嘅形式去食佢哋嘅Tapas,所以呢個set嘅頭盤份量都非常充足,好適合同一大班人一齊分享。亦都可以一路傾偈一路慢慢食。我特別鍾意佢哋個蕃茄多士,因為係可以自己DIY。首先將啲蒜頭係個多士上面查幾下,然後將蕃茄切片放喺上面,最後再落啲橄欖油同埋鹽就可以食。以為個蒜頭份量得好少,但係食落嘅時候個味都好重,亦可以根據個人嘅喜好去再調味一下。個吞拿魚tartare都ok,佢配咗一個薄薄地嘅餅去一齊食,而個tartare 亦有少少檸檬汁醃製咗。主菜我哋選咗墨魚汁同埋傳統嘅海鮮飯。佢哋飯嘅份量都好多,我哋四個女仔都食唔晒。我鍾意食嗰個蜆,好鮮甜同埋juicy。啲飯亦都煮得幾好,有少少咬口,唔會過腍。不過其實食落兩個味差唔多,唔大分別。😂Basque cheesecake係我top 3 既甜品之選。佢地個cheesecake雲呢拿味比較重,而且好滑。佢哋仲配咗紅桑莓既sorbet去中和返個cheesecake嘅甜味,令個甜品唔會覺得好腬。整體黎講價錢偏貴,雖然份量好多,但係其實都食唔晒。下次再有朋友聚會或有節目慶祝會考慮再嚟食一次。如果食量唔係好大,可以考慮 a la carte 再加飲品,價錢可能會平啲。 continue reading
