西營盤地鐵站一分鐘內就到,餐廳閒日夜晚都好有人氣,氣氛不錯。和牛及鵝肝配長法包和牛上枱一刻仲係全生,侍應會過來以火槍即席燒熟,和牛呈半熟狀態。和牛下面是鵝肝及吸了鵝肝油的法包,全部都好邪惡😈。鮮嫰八爪魚配薯仔及煙熏紅椒粉橄欖油八爪魚唔韌,薯仔設成正方形放在八爪魚下面,加上沙律醬及紅椒粉調味,薯仔有橄欖油香。吞拿魚他他配墨汁海鮮飯脆脆中間放咗吞拿魚他他,旁邊黑色一塊塊係墨汁脆脆,實在太脆要好輕力拎,放上吞拿魚之後會有機會過重而碎,我想而支有幾脆。味道帶少少酸,好清新。西班牙風味烤三文治配芝士、伊比利亞火腿及黑松露三文治扁扁的,中間有好多芝士及火腿, 十分惹味。一客四件食完即刻覺得好飽。慢煮烤乳豬配椰菜仔及蘑菇喺香港未食過咁好食的西班牙乳豬,外皮超薄脆,乳豬肉嫩滑有汁,完全不會覺得乾。加泰隆尼亞脆香焦糖布丁布丁做得好滑溜亦都好有蛋香味,面頭一層薄薄的焦糖脆脆,食埋個甜品真係好滿足。 continue reading
