To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

焗薯一般 尚算經濟

今天是星期六，和另一半下班後打算吃一個午飯，很久沒有和她吃午飯，最近大家工作很忙, 沒有時間見面，希望吃些特色食物，可以令她開心一點，看過openrice的食評就來這試試焗薯我們跟餐有餐湯和蒜蓉包附送, 覺得餐湯還可以，包好像沒有味道，有點兒馬虎飲品另一半點的是熱朱古力, 我點的是凍鮮奶沫茶，我覺得還不錯, 特色飲品半價亦很合理。我點的主菜是鐵板韓式牛肉配碎蛋焗薯, 貌相看上去不錯, 不過味道真是普普通通。韓式牛肉同一般牛肉差不多, 焗薯沒有特別調製, 只單單焗而已, 幸好有蛋碎加上去, 一起吃味道就不會太dry另一半的燒雞比牛肉好一些，不過配了一些看上去像麵條的薯絲怪怪的, 味道口感都不好今次我們雖然不太喜歡，下次我們會試試食家推介的其他食物
