To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

平時好少行女人街，朋友見到依間焗薯專門店想食，就抱住試下心態入去。平日夜餐時間到，都坐滿人，見差唔多每枱都有叫一客焗薯，咁當然就要試下啦。叫咗個二人套餐，有餐湯餐包小食連2個焗薯，$188就中規中矩，大概5分鐘就開始陸續上菜。餐湯很淡，沒有什麼味。餐包不熱，小食一般，原本有小小失望但焗薯有驚喜。焗薯就叫咗2款必食的。巴馬火腿拼白汁蛋碎焗薯原隻焗薯同平時的配菜的薯仔不同，更加厚身同有口感，薯味濃。配上白汁蛋，口感會變得綿滑，加上巴馬火腿鹹香，味道好夾。黑松露白汁蛋碎焗薯黑松露和白汁蛋都好夾，黑松露的味道很出，如果再有埋黑松露油就更好啦。賣相 3/5口感 3/5味道 4/5番食率 3/5
