To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 好耐都冇入過嚟長洲啦,成日見到啲人po多咗好多Cafe,所以都同朋友試吓,我地揀左呢間No. 11. 我哋星期六十二點嚟到,室內嘅最後一張枱比我哋坐埋,好彩咋,坐出面真係會溶咗🤣幾鍾意呢度個裝修,幾有文青風,簡約,好chill. 我哋兩個女仔都係叫焗薯,一個牛油果醬蟹肉焗薯,一個煙三文魚酸忌廉焗薯,兩個賣相都超級吸睛,而且份量仲幾多添,有煙肉、香腸、炒蛋、羅勒醬焗蕃茄、酸種麵包同沙律🥗首先講吓個煙肉先,唔會太乾身不過稍為鹹咗少少,腸有濃厚嘅香草味🌱而且唔太鹹,炒蛋香滑而且蛋汁比例啱啱好,蕃茄有芝士配搭,有口感,麵包有焗過脆卜卜,沙律用咗好特別嘅藍莓汁代替平時一般嘅醋,所以感覺好清新,最鍾意個焗薯牛油果醬同蟹肉撈埋一齊,兩個味融為一體非常咁夾😋我全部食晒!另外我哋嗌左一杯朱古力,一杯Latte,2杯賣相都好靚😍呢一餐真係好滿足呀☺️下次嚟長洲要再黎試下其他野食😊
