To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

去開青山道做野，做完野就簡簡單單食埋個飯至返屋企。食物選擇唔少，見都幾肚餓所以揀咗焗豬扒飯＄58，飲雪山特濃朱古力（加＄12）。先嚟咗特濃朱古力，上面有層我好鍾意既cream，而朱古力味都頗為濃郁。至於焗豬扒飯就等咗一陣，因為係即叫即整，所以新鮮熱辣。飯底炒到金黃色，粒粒分明。豬扒肉質鬆嫩，咬落唔會嚡口，配埋酸酸甜甜既番茄醬汁，好開胃！成個飯份量都唔少，食完都好飽肚。叫埋特飲埋單都係＄70，以晚餐嚟講好抵食。
