To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 平時去金記多數都係下午茶時間食茶餐多,生炸雞髀公仔麵係我最常叫嘅.. 今日試吓晚餐..叫左 焗鮮茄豬扒飯同埋鹽焗雞餐 鮮茄豬扒飯份量唔算好多,但係就好多番茄,醬汁濃郁,飯係炒飯。 最驚喜係塊豬扒,厚切之餘, 裏便青少少淺粉紅色,非常鬆軟,完全冇豬嘅 “蘇‘ 味。 超讚 👍🏻 鹽焗雞餐已經包左湯、白飯、飲品半隻雞非常足料,份量都幾多,雞肉鮮嫩, 入味、雞胸位都唔算太鞋。 如果加碟油菜就一百分喇。 仲有一定要飲佢嘅熱檸茶,茶味超濃, 我每次都一定要飲。
