To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

突然想食焗豬，經過Sogood門口見有即刻入去幫襯！焗豬扒飯唔係焗，對我來說已是很大打擊。只係淋d茄汁同少少芝士係白飯上面，用火熗燒兩燒……係絕對稱唔上焗飯。味道其實還不錯，真係爭個焗字！好可惜！作為焗豬完全不合格。應改名為茄汁豬扒飯。焗豬無炒底，本來就死了一半。無焗到卻自稱焗飯，是意料之外。豬扒亦煎得不夠，仍需改進。希望店家努力改進，相信大家能克服人手和時間問題。加價也是可以的，很想吃真正的焗飯
