To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日係一個好休閒舒適嘅一日，同男朋友冇乜特別搵行程，亦都冇特別搵餐廳食嘢，好隨心咁行到邊度就去邊度食嘢🤣於是就咁岩去到荔枝角附近，行吓行吓就走咗入去呢一間皇室冰廳度食飯啦！見到呢度重點推介嘅都係焗飯，所以同男朋友就各自叫咗一份試吓！焗鮮茄豬扒飯。呢一個先茄豬扒飯好好食，一上枱嘅時候就已經聞到好邪惡嘅芝士，溶咗入去豬扒上面！而且呢度嘅豬扒亦都好厚切，咬落去嘅時候亦都好林！係好好食嘅豬扒！用炒飯底做嘅焗飯係好出色嘅，加埋鮮茄嘅醬汁好足夠，所以非常美味！焗咖喱雞扒飯。呢個焗飯亦都好好食，我好鍾意食呢度嘅咖喱汁，咖喱汁嘅辣味啱啱好！整體來講，兩個焗飯我都好鍾意，就睇吓視乎鍾意食蕃茄汁定係鍾意食咖喱汁！

焗鮮茄豬扒飯。呢一個先茄豬扒飯好好食，一上枱嘅時候就已經聞到好邪惡嘅芝士，溶咗入去豬扒上面！而且呢度嘅豬扒亦都好厚切，咬落去嘅時候亦都好林！係好好食嘅豬扒！用炒飯底做嘅焗飯係好出色嘅，加埋鮮茄嘅醬汁好足夠，所以非常美味！
