To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

海鮮粥底餐食過唔間,但呢間,連續2日週末試過後,真心覺得唔得。第一晚叫左3人份量外賣,海鮮係按人頭計算,蟹和鮑魚ok, 但八寶魚就好細件,好薄。另2隻蜆嘅壳係爛的,唔係崩左個角仔,而係超過1/4隻壳無左。其他嘅自選火鍋材料嘅份量少。粥底火鍋嘅精華在於最後碗粥,加上配菜(莞茜,菜埔,豬油揸.....) 先好食。但佢地粥配菜好少,我有whatsapp佢地提出呢個問題,對方覆我: 配菜呢個問題,我地希望我地ge套餐主要食海鮮的鮮味,所以打邊爐配料相比之下會簡單點。我真心想cancel第二日嘅order, 但覺得落左單,就唔好攪咁多野。好喇,去到第二日,係叫左4人份量,明明多左1個人食,但粥水,粥,墨魚滑嘅份量係無多到,同琴日3人份量餐一樣。炸魚皮就好硬,難食。醬汁方面就無左蔥花。而我最愛嘅粥,就無左配料。琴日係粥配料少,今日係少到完全見唔到呀。我有whatsapp同佢地反應個情況,佢地覆我會直接轉比公司睇,跟住完全唔理你。真係沒有最差,只有更差。
