To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 由食到金會員,到越食越貴,但質素就越來越差,屯門多嘅好過牛角嘅,睇下咩質素嘅肉拎出黎?加一470蚊啊,咁嘅質素?無負評係要寫滿200字,唔係無人俾負評你。牛舌唔嫰,牛肉無味,又硬。澳洲和牛我係完全睇唔出邊度和啦。究竟有冇用心對待客人?可以選擇嘅種類已經好少,仲要專門開多幾個口味選項等你睇到眼花用多D時間,肉類就放係menu最後面,等你要揀就要用多D時間翻頁,所有心思唔係用黎整好食品,係用黎消耗客人放題時間,你對得住支持嘅客人嗎?
