To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

無兩個鐘時間都唔好食譚仔

正常打工仔食飯得果一個鐘時間，於是就去銅鑼灣呢間譚仔 3:06落左單 一直等等到3:38碗米線都未到，於是叫店員幫手望下，呀姐正係講左句入面有好多單 講完呢句完全無行動 咁姐係點？望都唔洗望下？在場客又唔係多，仲有好多空位都未開放比客人坐，我想知道究竟係員工做野慢定唔夠人？最後等左半個鐘都仲未知碗野幾時先會到，分分鐘比你等足一個鐘都未黎，最後嬲嬲地走左。其實最近一次晚飯時間係觀塘廣場又係等左半個鐘以上先到野食。講真譚仔價錢真係唔可以稱得上平，同類型餐廳大把好過佢，仲要浪費食客時間 以後唔會再幫襯
