呢間都有唔少人介紹過,因為下午4點就收舖一直定都未嚟食,今日中午趕得切終於終於試咗佢啦揀咗窩蛋牛肉加潤腸,同埋蒜豉排骨加潤腸,加多碗佢哋嘅老火湯,今日係蓮藕湯。講講呢款老火湯先,佢比出面嘅例湯飲落係無味精嘅,不過大量嘅甜味係嚟自紅蘿蔔粟米,湯骨味蓮藕味就略為遜色好啦好啦,到咗佢嘅煲仔飯,因為飯焦要另加錢我無加到(呢個係咪影響上餐時間?)由落單到上煲仔飯大概等咗10分鐘左右,我覺得有少少快嘅,係!飯到咗外觀上靚仔碎牛加生蛋,加啲豉油撈撈撈,雞蛋都接近熟嘅狀態,撈嘅過程見佢飯底都係偏濕,煲仔溫度唔太高,睇睇隔離個排骨煲仔都一樣,飯底都係濕啲黏啲,呀係咪真係我無加飯焦🫠整體味道係好好嘅,碎牛入味成個飯連蛋撈我好快食哂,下次嚟要加番錢加番個飯焦啦,雖然我諗唔明加錢加飯焦咁我一開頭叫嗰個係咪叫煲仔飯。
