To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

叫咗個招牌牛油拉麵,黎到就首先試試湯底。一試就驚為天人⋯點解會完全無味嘅?我以為自己試錯,撈勻啲再試,都係淡而無味舊牛油溶咗入湯底之後,都係無味好失望,從來檯面有好多調味料,有麻油、辣椒粉,生蒜都有。但係咪住先,點解會有川菜嗰啲花椒椒鹽嘅⋯?舊叉燒就好乾,好硬,同埋係凍嘅。叉燒係無調味嘅,加埋落啲無味嘅湯底之後⋯就係完全無味。其中一舊明顯係個頭/尾,似足Christmas啲火腿咁喎⋯碗招牌拉麵,食完都唔知自己食咗乜。唔知點解過百正評,完全係引伏。不過自家製餃子係好食,有豐富嘅肉餡,皮薄又煎得香脆,熱辣辣,可以一試。
