紅燒牛肉麵湯底有3種濃度，今次揀咗中等，味道啱啱好， 唔會太鹹 ，間舖主打無味精 食得出好香紅燒味，但湯底無咩甜味，所以鐘意食甜啲湯底嘅就唔啱你啦～麵條有彈性，其他地方食唔到，亦都好吸湯～牛𦟌有6塊，軟得嚟好入味～
