To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 午市叫咗原片花膠手撕雞鰹魚湯稻庭烏冬,同埋鰻魚玉子燒石頭鍋飯石頭鍋飯極速上枱,望落賣相好hea,朋友話食落無咩味,食到最尾好多飯焦。個烏冬....... 係冇味......成碗白茫茫一片,賣相已經唔吸引。 個湯感覺上重味精,食到條脷好嚡。原片花膠只係兩大塊好滑但冇味冇咬口既野,佢係味花膠我都唔知喇。手撕雞亦係好似白烚咁冇味。配上頹日式拉麵必備既罐頭粟米同埋海帶,叫做係有啲啲味既野。烏冬質感係正常既,但係,真係冇味。食到心情變差。可能我地唔好彩,揀中兩個伏,隔離枱其他西餐野望落賣相係唔錯,但以上兩個餐,請避開,真係難食到好無奈。
