常餐絕對係香港人其中一樣最愛既食品,又方便又飽肚,而且周街都會搵倒一間茶記喺附近。不過好食既常餐就唔係周圍有,坊間都有小數幾間出名食常餐既餐廳,呢間民華餐廳都係我既至愛之一。呢間餐廳主打食常餐同點心蒸飯,近年來仲加多左新食品,好似係咖喱飯同潮式湯麵,不過我依然係每次黎都食常餐。常餐必備有通粉,炒蛋同埋牛油多士!呢度粉麵有普通上湯湯底,蕃茄湯同薑絲湯,配料就可以揀牛肉,叉燒或者火腿。我個人比較專一,每次都係揀蕃茄湯底,湯底好濃郁,仲有一舊舊新鮮蕃茄,通粉生熟度亦剛好,保留嚼口。叉燒有用特製調味醃製過,非常有心思。炒蛋留有蛋漿,令口感更滑溜。牛油多士烘至面層微脆。至於牛肉都好新鮮,入口滑身。另外仲叫左西多士,一黎到就見倒西多士係炸成金黃色好吸引而且好厚身,餐廳仲好細心將西多士切成一口大細。配埋牛油同糖漿,面層好脆,食落好鬆軟!好滿足啊
