To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日難得放假，想食番個豐富的早餐獎勵下自己，唔少香港人每次去茶記食早餐、茶餐都一定會叫沙嗲牛肉麵！講到特濃沙嗲牛肉麵，一定唔少得堅尼地城呢間茶記。呢間一向做開街坊生意嘅茶餐廳，餐廳環境咁多年都冇太大變化，而馳名嘅沙嗲牛肉麵更加係水準不變！湯底正！充滿花生香，牛肉較薄身，食落幾有口感，炒蛋都煮得嫩滑。我地2個人叫左一碗沙嗲牛肉炒蛋公仔麵，一碗沙嗲雞絲炒蛋公仔麵，2杯茶走，總共88蚊。特別一提，呢到伙記係比較粗聲粗氣，唔好諗住有咩服務啊😂
