To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今次食既係一間西營盤老字號既上海麵店 中午時分人流都唔少架🍜我就叫左個no.1 推介既菜膽雲呑排骨麵 呢個麵真係份量十足 有一大塊排骨 3粒菜肉雲呑 仲有菜有麵👍🏻 排骨炸得酥脆 肉質鬆軟 不過食落有少少雪藏味 而且無乜調味同比較乾身🙈 雲呑方面菜肉饀料好多好飽滿 不過皮都係厚左d🤭 麵就正正常常唔好太淋另外 仲叫左2個小食 分別係酥炸雲呑同煎餃子🥟 我就覺得酥炸雲呑比較出色 炸得非常香脆 雲呑同餃子都足料多饀 點d醋幾好食😋
