以鰹魚湯底做招來個想法係唔錯的,但講到咁專既時候就對佢期望有點高了,可能咁就覺得湯底沒有想像中的好。店位置係近太子與深水埗之間,真係得閒無野做先行去揾黎食。鋪面都幾pro咁。第一次一定要試左原湯底先的!太餓就揀左最貴有4塊叉燒的豚肉鰹之一滴。湯底個色同我想像的清湯有點出入,睇落好似好多渣咁。食落係香鰹魚味但同時又有點鰹魚獨特干味(唔係好味個邊), 加埋醬油,個湯好似有點酸酸的!可能想配合鰹魚,叉燒係薄同瘦肉,幾特別但不是我杯茶。麵條應該係我最欣賞佢既地方,彈牙粗幼適中。整體不過不失,未吸引到專登再去食。
