To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 話說今日黎開中環做嘢行過蘇豪區諗住嚟食小店但今日可能遊客人數眾多好多好想食出名嘅小店大排長龍一路向著舊區行畀我無名中發現咗一間食蒸飯同飲湯嘅小店入面鋪面唔大佢哋好好招呼我睇左一陣就順勢落單首先我嗌左一個牛奶花膠湯本身我自己都好懷疑牛奶同花膠嘅味道會唔會唔太夾點知當佢一上菜嘅時候牛奶同花膠嘅香味已經完全打消左我呢個懷疑因為我飲嘅時候當日天氣都幾涼下所以當我一飲湯嘅時候覺得非常暖胃!而且湯料入邊冇落味精全部都係真材實料未到唔會過鹹亦都唔使落調味料飲到最後居然仲搵到一兩舊花膠嘅真身嚟食由於我嗌嘅係一個套餐我另外仲嗌左一個滑雞蓋飯我本身以為係一個蒸白飯上面再放左一啲處理過嘅雞肉點知當我食落去原來佢哋係一齊蒸熟!白飯可以吸收晒所有雞汁嘅香味我估佢應該係俾咗雞髀嘅部份我特別滑嫩而且唔好睇佢好似小小一兜咁絕對可以填飽晒個胃食到好飽下次如果當我去到中環想飲湯嘅話我一定會再幫襯

佢哋好好招呼

我睇左一陣就順勢落單

首先我嗌左一個牛奶花膠湯
本身我自己都好懷疑牛奶同花膠嘅味道會唔會唔太夾

點知當佢一上菜嘅時候牛奶同花膠嘅香味已經完全打消左我呢個懷疑

因為我飲嘅時候當日天氣都幾涼下
所以當我一飲湯嘅時候覺得非常暖胃!

而且湯料入邊冇落味精
全部都係真材實料
未到唔會過鹹亦都唔使落調味料
飲到最後居然仲搵到一兩舊花膠嘅真身嚟食


由於我嗌嘅係一個套餐
我另外仲嗌左一個滑雞蓋飯
我本身以為係一個蒸白飯上面再放左一啲處理過嘅雞肉
點知當我食落去原來佢哋係一齊蒸熟!

白飯可以吸收晒所有雞汁嘅香味
我估佢應該係俾咗雞髀嘅部份我
特別滑嫩
而且唔好睇佢好似小小一兜咁
絕對可以填飽晒個胃食到好飽


下次如果當我去到中環想飲湯嘅話
我一定會再幫襯
