To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

食完甜品食正餐, 想食碗魚粥, 0黎到一直同佢無緣的呢度試試. 左睇右睇, 叫了碗拆肉泥鯭粥 ($25), 加碟呢度的鎮店之寶 -- 白灼鯇魚皮 ($35).先0黎泥鯭粥, 勁大碗... 粥底好綿, 煲到杰撻撻的, 帶點魚湯的清甜, 無人造味精, 加埋配料(唔少拆了出來的鮮甜泥鯭肉, 大量蔥花及生菜絲), 味道清而不寡, 亦完全唔使落胡椒粉的, 好食!白灼鯇魚皮就比粥更正 -- 似海蜇頭咁爽口, 配上蔥, 薑及花生蘸上蒸魚豉油 (?) 一齊食, 十分惹味, 食唔停口! 絕對值 5 分, 值得試試!環境光猛乾淨, 仲有電視睇奧運開幕, 哈哈; 招呼好好, 店主 (?) 及阿姐們個個都好友善好好禮貌, 幾有人情味的一間店, 感覺良好.埋單 $60, 抵食. 叫自己做「靠得住」, 果然無改錯名. 下次食魚腩豬潤粥!
