想理解一下點解我在open rice 預約了一張枱，在沒被通知的情況下，便被取消了預約的booking 。我預約了是為了慶祝母親節，現在真的大失預算。我用咁耐open rice 預約咁耐，都係今次遇到這樣不愉快的經歷。I want to understand why this restaurant can cancel my reservation on open-rice without informing me in advance. This ruined my plan to celebrate Mum’s day. Very angry
