To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 大愛大家樂嘅紐西蘭深水炸魚柳 炒滑蛋 煎香腸 配蘿蔔糕 熱檸水 早餐嚟講好豐富同樣樣嘢都好鍾意食之前通常配牛油搽麵包 🥯 但都係覺得太dry好鍾意呢個新提供嘅選擇!蘿蔔糕唔會炒到乾晒同硬晒 帶微香 同埋真係食到有蘿蔔喺入面炸魚柳唔會一切就散 唔會成舊粉咁 香脆嘅外皮採用相對薄粉 舊舊真。魚味 腸仔係廚師腸 有啲鹹味又唔會食落質地太霉 加上一切開就有蛋汁滲出嚟 好香 好滑~火喉控制得啱啱好 唔會太熟 係我最愛嘅早餐之選 因為多唔同嘅嘢食 質素好又唔dry😝
