 每次去權八都要老遠地跑過海,但今年開始就方便得多了,除了原先的銅鑼灣店搬往新地址外,九龍區方面,亦在尖沙咀北京道一號開設九龍旗艦店,地點就在原先胡同的舊址。地方是寬敞得多,而且靠窗的落地玻璃,維港夜景盡入眼簾。唯一要挑剔的,是欠了塌塌米房,未免有點美中不足。有美景當然要同太太飲返杯,再欣賞優美的維港景色,誠意推薦以Rum酒、紅莓及草莓調製的Sakura-Berry Daiquiri($108)及以新鮮菠蘿汁調製的Japanese Cassis Pineapple($108)。餐前小食是[酸汁伴牛筋]($68),牛筋炆得好軟稔,牛筋的膠質豐富,真係好啱我,而且帶微酸,減輕了油膩的感覺,相當討好。再來是[宮崎豚肉胡麻沙律]($168),豚肉片夠薄食,咬落不太費勁,拌和蒜片、生菜、松子、紅椒絲及胡麻醬,非常惹味。其實餐牌有太多菜色好吸引,下酒菜又點可以忽略[炸鮮蟹肉餅]($138)炸得啱啱好,蟹肉鮮甜,仲有一條日本青椒,正好用來解膩。跟太太分別點了[海鮮茶碗蒸]($68)以及[海膽茶碗蒸]($98),兩者本身餡料已經有蝦仁、冬菇及蟹肉,海膽茶碗蒸是加添了一份海膽,但可能加熱後的海膽失去了神

太太最鍾意食刺身,作為寵妻號當然照顧有加,時令的[特上刺身拼盤(7種)]($768),包括了牡丹蝦、金目鱲、拖羅、油甘魚腩、帶子、劍魚腩以及深海池魚,全部都是新鮮貨,當中肉質柔軟的帶子以及金目鱲是最得我心。

吃日本菜,總不能沒有壽司[Omakase Sushi]已有齊海膽、醬油帶子、左口魚邊、赤身及最特別的拖羅加赤身。

太太知我鍾意食海膽,特意留比我,真體貼。

而太太就對左口魚邊情有獨鍾,喜歡魚香豐富,總之是各有所好。

想一餐飯完美,甜品作壓軸是理所當然吧!店方名物甜品拼盤]($138)不作他選,拼盤已包括了椰汁南瓜白玉子、一口大福、紅豆布甸及士多啤梨,當中尤其是椰汁南瓜白玉子最得我心,軟糯的口感,配以甜美的南瓜汁,實在太美妙了。
