眾所周知,維港景緻遠眺港島最靚,而位於ICC 101樓層四家餐廳之中只有兩家擁有此地利,新開的中菜館「麒天」是其一。 高居林下,無敵開陽維港景,室內樓底高,裝潢高雅有氣派,柔和色彩佈置, 客人可選擇窗邊位或更寬敞的梳化位。 向來有景有價,難得「麒天」取價不難地!創意點心大部份$68/$78,炒粉麵二百多元;不過來者不可能抗拒精緻菜式的誘惑,百多元起至千幾不等。 餐牌目不暇給,不在款式多,而在組合創意,令人心生好奇想知道效果如可。 我們二人點了中午套餐$788 及行政套餐$1088 各一,因為想試的趣緻招牌已包括在內。 點心造型漂亮,有名亦有實,大部分吃得出特色餡料的獨特味道;精緻菜式亦到位,料足味醇厚。[香檳蟹肉石榴果]亮麗粉紅,尚有兩款是[筍尖鮮蝦餃]及[磯煮鮑魚燒賣]。 [松露羊肚菌餃]松露味香。 [24k蟹粉鍋貼] 入口爆汁蟹粉香,[台式滷肉蜂巢酥]真想得到。 不過,[鱈魚窩夫卷]的皮很酥脆但相比平日吃到的略硬,[金腿蘿蔔絲酥]我吃過更好。 全程我最鍾意[菜膽螺頭花膠湯],湯清味醇,無比香甜,大大件花膠煮至最理想的軟熟度。中午套餐的[紅燒花膠翅]相比味道更濃,同伴更欣賞,各有所

[大澳蝦籽海苔撈麵]聽個名已經吸引,果然沒有失望,創作有心思,另備熱湯,食前才加進,海苔保持脆脆地,口感討好。
