To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今天7:04叫上早餐，等了12分鐘，茶還沒一杯過來，我是首來的，旁邊晚來的一對男女已經在吃。查詢服務員，回覆茶沒沖好；再過四分鐘，還是什麼都沒有，看我沒辦法了，一般客人就15分鐘用餐時間，像我這樣的還要趕路餬口，只好放棄取消走人。我看法是：1. 旁邊叫的是 麵或者是通粉兩款的早餐，5分鐘已經開始上桌2. 我叫的是雞扒蛋加熱檸檬茶，單上打上7:04分，我離開時是7:18分。本來我一直很喜歡，街坊嘛，常常幫親，這次我覺得服務員地我的態度，是見慣不怪，十分不痛不癢，走了也就是「xx台取消訂單」，安撫、對不起，全欠奉。
