呢排上網去social media都留意到幾間大熱嘅餐廳都賣緊呢款「豪華版鐵板餐」,通常都係主打日本牛肉,按照每一份嘅所需嘅重量定價,所以通常都係比極高嘅!今次嚟到尖沙咀嘅間野郎stone,每日都有六款招牌同其他限定嘅牛肉部位選擇!因為店內比較狹窄,我地都需要先在店外門口的點餐機點餐付款,領取食物劵後再等待店員安排入座。每張枱都放置咗多款調味醬料,包括有辣味味噌、白松露蒜、鹽、柚子味酸汁、燒肉汁等等!我點咗一份200gram嘅牛肋間隔膜,先$88好抵!其實佢係牛嘅橫膈膜,所以食落唔覺有筋,比起其他部位食落更淋,放上鐵板上有好多油會彈咗出嚟,店員都好細心咁用紙巾先擋一擋再遞上枱!

我點咗一份200gram嘅牛肋間隔膜,先$88好抵!其實佢係牛嘅橫膈膜,所以食落唔覺有筋,比起其他部位食落更淋,放上鐵板上有好多油會彈咗出嚟,店員都好細心咁用紙巾先擋一擋再遞上枱!
