To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 有間黃嘅素食自助餐係‪中環開左分店‬,但因疫情肆虐,好多人都唔敢幫襯自助形式嘅餐廳,今日lunch見間鋪唔係好多人就入去支持下。畀完錢後店員會即刻係客人雙手噴酒精搓手液,枱與枱之間都幾闊落,大部分食物都有蓋蓋住,但始終客人會除口罩夾食物,如果可以改用剔紙仔落單就更令人安心。.lunch time 款式都算多,前菜有羽衣甘藍、木耳沙律、涼拌青瓜、麻醬茄子等等,不過不失,黑芝麻包有驚喜,個包夠鬆軟而且係芝士餡,有得烘熱就更好。炸物有約八款,咖喱角同春卷就必備㗎啦,較特別嘅有咕嚕炸豆卜、紫菜味薯條同炸豆乳。我最鍾意香菇腐皮卷,炸粉唔太厚幾香口,菇餡又夠多。熱盤方面有南乳四寶蔬、鮮菇扒西蘭花、紅咖喱雜菜、鮮竹卷,質素唔錯,雙色炒飯好似risotto咁,好多芋頭粒幾好食。.甜品就麻麻地,始終做純素甜品有好多限制,不過全部都微甜感覺健康,豆腐花豆味幾香,抹茶紅豆撻無茶味但紅豆蓉整得唔錯。飲品有碟豆花茶同檸蜜薏米,希望下次嚟有無糖飲品。.間唔中想go green可以試吓,食完記得自己收拾餐具~
