To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日去銅鑼灣希慎廣場行街街,見有d肚餓就走咗上去food court 睇下有d咩好嘢食,行咗個圈見到有間百芳池上便當,就走埋去睇下order d咩好嘢食。 點咗一個紅燒湯麵系列-紅燒牛丸牛筋麵,便當就點咗香酥炸雞腿便當,另外飲品就叫咗黑糖珍珠鮮奶同埋黑糖冬瓜檸檬。先講紅燒麵,湯底味道濃郁有微辣,拉麵就煙煙靭靭有嚼口,好有台式風味,入面嘅牛筋超多而且每一塊都超入味,牛丸就非常彈牙而且爽口。香酥炸雞腿便當個雞腿係用台式煮法,唔會話有太多炸粉,隻雞腿超大隻而且入面超多肉汁,便當有粉絲、粟米、少少肉碎、醃菜、蔬菜,非常豐富特別係要講個粉絲超好味。黑糖珍珠鮮奶入面d珍珠好qq,撞埋珍珠一齊飲非常解渴。黑糖冬瓜檸檬甜甜酸酸夏天飲超開胃,而且冬瓜亦都可以解暑。如果下次有機會去銅鑼灣或其他區嘅百芳池上便當,我一定會再試其他便當同埋紅燒麵嘅口味。
