成個Brunch set分三part, Appetiser, Main Course, Dessert
Appetiser 係唔使揀嘅,Menu上面六款都會俾晒你,每樣大概一啖左右,唔會太過多,作為開胃前菜,係幾舒服嘅。特別想提一下,佢打頭陣嘅新鮮生蠔,真係好厚肉,但係有少少海水味同礦物味,食落好滿足。

至於Main Course我就揀咗盲鰽魚柳同埋鴨腿伴黑松露。先講下個盲鰽魚柳,肉質好嫩滑,魚肉會有少少甜味,唔會太乾身。有啲地方可能會食盲鰽會食到一啲鹼水味,而今次呢度就相對無,所以我都幾鍾意。

而佢個油封鴨腿就有啲surprise到我,佢嘅肉質兩樣嘢:「嫩」、「鮮」。用刀切開嘅時候已經感受到佢肉質嘅軟,睇住把刀切落去肉汁一路滲出來,一啖咬落去真係好香。再整一啖隔離嘅黑松露薯蓉,呢個Main Course我俾100分,的確係幾滿足嘅。

你最後就係個甜品啦,想講一下呢間餐廳嘅甜品都幾新穎,唔係單純一件芝士蛋糕就打發你嗰種。上碟果下, 一碟三件,係會感受到誠意。
