To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

無諗過難食左好多

雖然好耐無去食呢間野，但都無諗過重溫之下居然難食左咁多。同個朋友上去食dinner, 叫左牛肉麵，鹽酥排骨麵同鹽酥雞小食。鹽酥雞九成係炸粉，少少雞肉都食唔到。呢樣都做唔好都唔好意思叫自己做台式餐廳啦。至於鹽酥排骨，又係至少7成係炸粉，內里舊豬扒都唔知擺左幾耐，完全無肉味又好重雪味，真心想嘔。好彩係碗牛肉麵叫做食得落，正頭正落。真心講句，無諗過咁差，知佢係x興旗下品牌，咁搞餐廳遲早步x華後塵。咁既質素同趕客無分別。真係無得揀的話，勸大家食牛肉麵算啦。
