星期六, 大約2:00食個Late lunch, 去咗佐敦, 冇諗過會有咁多人, 心諗冇唻錯咁多人食, 証明好食啦, 等了約五分鐘, 入到餐廳見到牆上掛畫為環境增添了美國風味,首先吃的是-水波蛋卡邦尼長通粉($88), 好濃郁芝士味的長通粉, 加上脆口煙肉碎, 最喜愛的是水波蛋, 半生熟蛋剛剛好, 吉穿裡面, 蛋漿流出, 配埋通粉食, 好黏口好好味呀! 另一主菜, 安格斯牛漢堡扒梳乎厘飯($118)一見到嘩咗一聲, 從未見過, 梳乎厘甜品食得多, 估唔到老細咁有創意, 而且賣相非常出位, 唔相機食先都唔得啦, 旁邊的漢堡扒有啲似日式漢堡扒賣相, 一吃下, 好嫩滑的牛肉, 肉汁好多, 好香牛肉味, 輪到吃梳乎厘飯時 , 一匙放下, 好鬆的蛋白, 吃下一陣風咁, 好香蛋白味, 下層係熱燙燙的焗飯, 圓圓的珍珠米, 有拉絲芝士, 好香, 內裡還有新鮮青綠露荀, 好爽口, 一啖飯連梳乎厘蛋白吃下, 淡味的蛋白加入香濃的飯,好Match呀!飲品有Brownie & Nuts Coffee, 成杯像甜品, 好足料, 咖啡香醇, Brownie香濃朱古力蛋糕香濃像朱古力般, 另一杯係熱情果果茶,超
