To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今晚去了打邊爐，最近這家酒家工作日（週一至週五）$198任飲任食海鮮火鍋套餐！好便宜！無限時！吃到飽！套餐含：湯底2選1（麻辣雞鍋/羊腩湯鍋）+海鮮盆+安格斯肥牛一碟+鮑魚鵝掌+巨型水餃王+雜菜一碟。另有56款任食配料。性價比高～對味道不太講究的話，這餐廳值得一試～味道正常～環境乾淨！新鮮程度：一般選擇種類多，大多都是打邊爐的配料。除了他送的安格斯牛肉較好吃外。任食配料加配的肥牛好硬～我個人覺得一般～不過這裏沒有限時，你可以和朋友可以坐很久。
