To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 無飯家庭之選@住家菜地址: 銅鑼灣謝斐道460-462號百達中心地下有老火湯飲架, 價錢都只是十來元一碗很大碗,一碗其實都足夠兩個人喝了當日係青紅蘿蔔煲豬肉個湯真係好屋企feel有大量蘿蔔又無加味精突然耳邊響起"阿女, 煲左湯快d去飲啦"飲完了都飽了一大半另外叫了兩個餸娃娃菜仲保持到菜的爽口而有汁都偏向似西式白汁還加了些磨菇同火腿絲加強鹹香蒜泥腰果炒肉粒(個真名忘了, 哈哈)好夠火喉又夠入味, 送飯一流腰果就唔太脆, 如果炸下就好啦或者焗走d水份再快炒因為腰果好難整, 一過火就黑黑了炸過的蒜泥為菜式加添了香氣仲有糖水送..不過真唔合我胃口啦我好似貓仔用舌頭沾了兩三下就沒食了而是日個糖水係西米馬蹄露

飲完了都飽了一大半

另外叫了兩個餸
娃娃菜仲保持到菜的爽口
而有汁都偏向似西式白汁
還加了些磨菇同火腿絲加強鹹香

蒜泥腰果炒肉粒(個真名忘了, 哈哈)
好夠火喉又夠入味, 送飯一流
腰果就唔太脆, 如果炸下就好啦
或者焗走d水份再快炒
因為腰果好難整, 一過火就黑黑了
炸過的蒜泥為菜式加添了香氣

仲有糖水送..不過真唔合我胃口啦
