睇了 Openrice 上的食評及相片, 想試試呢度的印尼炒飯, 就托阿媽幫我去買, 點知原來人0地停賣炒飯已半年了, 唯有齋要一串雞腎, 一串花枝丸及一隻燒雞脾 (total $29) 配普通辣度沙爹汁, 用0黎送魚蛋粉. 先講講沙爹汁, 係又濃又杰又惹味! 不過普通辣度其實唔係咁辣, 嗜辣的話, 要「加辣」好了.雞腎爽中帶點煙韌, 食落 sok sok 聲, 好食.花枝丸稍腍, 不過有粒粒魷魚肉, 亦食得出魷魚鮮味, 意料之外!而原隻雞脾就最好食, 雞皮燒得微(火農), 肉嫩, 有肉汁, 甜甜0地又帶點黑椒味, 令人諗起「榮式燒雞扒」(見 http://www.openrice.com/restaurant/commentdetail.htm?commentid=1936911 或 http://www.openrice.com/restaurant/commentdetail.htm?commentid=1925856), 唔錯唔錯.下次試邊樣好呢?

先講講沙爹汁, 係又濃又杰又惹味! 不過普通辣度其實唔係咁辣, 嗜辣的話, 要「加辣」好了.
雞腎爽中帶點煙韌, 食落 sok sok 聲, 好食.
花枝丸稍腍, 不過有粒粒魷魚肉, 亦食得出魷魚鮮味, 意料之外!
