To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

走访驰名已久的金祥排骨麵。肉和麵分開上，讚！先来一口湯，湯底不錯。再来一口碎上豬排（吾算是排骨）炸皮薄而脆，肉質鬆軟吾乾又不油，味道略為咸了一点，但夾住麵吃又覺得刚好。再試一個鯪魚肉腐片卷，無甚驚喜，簡單小吃，不過不失，如果能配點醬汁，可能會好啲。總體還是有水準和用心食店，保得住金漆招牌！
