今日行完荃灣千色,約咗朋友去附近嘅「越一越南牛肉粉專門店」食晚飯。真係好開心, 又可以食到去骨嘅海南雞飯, 廚師用黃油雞炮製, 所以雞味特別香濃, 而皮下脂肪亦唔算多, 肉質仲香嫩細滑 , 配上薑蓉一齊食,海南雞就更加惹味啦! 再叫多一碟牛油雞翼做小食, 雞翼有4 隻 , 雞翼加咗薄薄嘅炸漿一齊炸, 所以特別乾身, 而且炸得剛剛好,炸到皮脆肉嫩,味道當然有香濃嘅牛油香味啦! 朋友就叫咗《沙嗲豬扒湯河》 , 雖然份量唔算多, 但豬扒整得入味, 炸得乾脆。份量多番少少就更加好啦, 男士唔係好夠飽!
