To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 悶悶地唔知食乜,就選擇左大家樂,勝在選擇種類多,今次揀左無骨海南雞飯,加六蚊要左個真姬茹湯娃娃菜。個餐仲有雞油飯,花生眉豆煲龍骨(無味精湯)同埋普洱。個雞底下面有醃菜,其實唔係真係個個人岩,建議用芽菜或菜墊底可能仲好。雞肥,肉鞋口。跟餐既醬料比較少,少既關係連飯都撈唔到。加左個菜,唯一覺得好食既野。而野飲,本來都冇乜意見,但.. 普洱浸超過一分鐘都已經好濃,唔係個個都鍾意飲濃茶,如果外賣茶包可以分開上既可能會好d。
