To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 極有問題的酒樓,作為中環的高尚餐廳貼錢買難受的店在星期五中午一點到翠亨村飲茶,我們點了蝦蛟,雪山叉烧包,叉烧酥,薑醋,蟹肉伊面,老板炒钣,清炒時蔬等食物。 我地在1點就交點心紙比待應生,但在相隔15分鐘後仲要分段地比告知所點的點心沒有。 第一個知會的是雪山叉烧包,再隔10分鍾就知會鵝肝天鵝酥沒有,隨後再分別告知叉烧酥沒有。 好離譜擠牙膏式被告知很多點心沒有,我地同待應生反映什麼都賣曬, 佢就怪我們下單遲。 😡有無攪錯中午一點正價飲茶都比怪責下單遲,最後我地被迫中午飲茶改成點小菜 及炒飯。 請問管理層怎樣培訓員工?正午飲茶就沒有點心供應是否快要結業,最後埋單都要千幾蚊。
