活動前去食了個遲來的午餐,在La Crêperie沒有不食可麗餅的道理吧。和友人點了一個羊芝士配火腿沙律,餅底悄悄地躲在沙律下,配著烤芝士,很甘香,是個清新的前菜。而火腿也沒有將太多的鹹味帶到沙律,沒有太鹹。焦點當然在焦糖香蕉可麗餅,廚師下焦糖糖漿果然重手,十分充足。而雪糕其實是配角,那個焦糖香蕉才是多麼邪惡但又多麼美味,讓人愛不釋手!Had a late lunch at La Crêperie before an event. Ordered one salty Ham & Cheese salad with crepe underneath, and one deliciously sweet caramelised banana crepe. Found this caramel crepe from Sugar recently and it would be a great dessert to share with friends!
焦點當然在焦糖香蕉可麗餅,廚師下焦糖糖漿果然重手,十分充足。而雪糕其實是配角,那個焦糖香蕉才是多麼邪惡但又多麼美味,讓人愛不釋手!
