成日經過呢度,最近見到朋友介紹,又去試吓。中國茶 +$20/ 壼金銀蒜開邊蝦煲仔飯 $88有4隻開邊蝦,蒜味濃郁,最鍾意就係個飯,粒粒分明之餘,仲有啲脆口。花雕浸雞腎 +$20微微酒香,雞腎爽口入味,細細粒,做飯前小食,煲仔飯未到已經清哂備長炭火燒雞 $198店方提供工具及”剪雞大法”俾客人自行處理,鉸剪係可以剪到骨嗰種,用時要小心,剪開嘅燒雞仍然好熱,注意釋出嘅熱煙;雞皮比起一般嘅燒雞更脆,因為係炭燒,以為啲肉質會好嚡,剪開仍然見到有肉汁,唔會太乾。
