To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

越式小店，大概能坐12人。四周店鋪很多只做夜巿，下午茶時段，求方便食個快飯便坐下了。點餐時是晚餐價，若五六十元，一主食一飲品。點了煎扎肉配雞翼飯看似有點乾，用了小秘訣，加了撈檬的汁，減省熱氣的罪惡感之餘又醒胃。值得一試是煎扎肉，扎肉常有，沒想到煎後如此香口👍🏻熱飲是熱青檸水，可消一消油膩感。
