To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

天后又有新開食店，看店名應是西環周記分店。星期六游完水，一家4口來試試。點了7個點心，分別是:1. 蝦多士2. 叉燒包3. 奶皇包4. XO 醬蘿蔔糕5. 咸水角6. 芝麻卷7. 皮蛋蝦卷先說名物蝦多士，確是一流。鬆脆多士夾住蝦膠，隔油做得好，火喉掌握也準備，蝦膠彈性有蝦味。奶皇包及叉燒包一盅兩件，女兒吃了，沒什表示，應和酒樓差不多。咸水角賣相比相片差，味道普通。皮蛋蝦卷香口，皮蛋與蝦的配捨搭新鮮，可一試。芝麻卷香滑，有芝麻香，能分成一片片的。服務貼心，主動加水。
