其實係忌廉烏冬好hit嘅時候無食過,里日終於係機緣巧合之下食到~😂顧名思義忌廉烏冬就一定會有忌廉同烏冬,而里日食嘅係係忌廉烏冬之上再加入咖喱同鷄肉🍜侍應呈上烏冬時係白朦朦的,面上就係厚厚既忌廉,猶如甜品🤣不過輕微攪拌過後,忌廉會同底下既咖喱融合,咖喱變的更順滑,亦更容易掛係烏冬表面😗之後就係牛里脊配燒烤菇,份量走精緻路綫,牛里脊上枱時約1至2成熟,切開可以自行根據喜好, 以小火爐煎烤小情侶黎食,你煎我食咁,都不失為一種情趣🥰另外,同朋友都叫左3款小食,鹹蛋薯條做得不錯,鹹香蓋滿脆薯條,重點係唔會好似坊間咁帶甜~~👍🏻雞翼以單骨呈上,方便食用🍗;蒜片牛舌芯好香,蒜片炸至脆片,牛舌如果厚啲就更好🧄餐廳走日韓路線,食物種類都幾多😛
